WHY HAVE YOUR SPECIAL EVENT AT MANTRA?
This can be answered perhaps best in person. We understand our space is not for every client. We take time to get to know your venue needs and if we are not a perfect fit we would be happy to recommend some other wonderful venues we work with that may better suit your needs.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE MY BOOKING?
You will need to provide us with a copy of your drivers license (or form of government ID) and 50% of the rental fee. This fee is nonrefundable.
ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS PROVIDED?
Yes, we have enough tables and chairs to seat 70 guests at this location.
Our second location can accommodate up to 100 guests.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I RESERVE THE SPACE?
We are currently booking now through April 2024.
WHEN CAN WE START SETTING UP FOR OUR EVENT?
Mantra will let you set up 30 mins before your event. Additional set-up time may be discussed with your event manager for an additional fee.
WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE EVERYTHING OUT OF THE SPACE?
We require everything out of the space at the end of your event unless you extended the rental to the following morning for pickup/cleanup in advance with our event manager for an additional fee.
WHAT IF MY EVENT IS CANCELED?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Your non-refundable deposits secure the date you book. Also, the final payment is due promptly 30 days before the event. If payment is not received on time, you will forfeit your space.
WHAT’S THE LATEST TIME THAT WE CAN STAY?
12 midnight. Hosts, guests and vendors have to be out the door at this time. Music shuts off and closes 30 mins before the end of your event. Cleaning should commence 30 mins before the end of your event time.
WHERE CAN MY GUESTS PARK?
We have plenty of public parking available. There is a public lot directly down the street and another one on the north side of the building.
WHAT KIND OF PARTIES DO YOU HOSTS?
We hosts all kinds of parties! Our space has been used for baby showers, bridal showers, pop-up shows, photo shoot, small wedding, networking events, business meetings, fundraising events, engagement party, holiday party, dance class, craft class, gender reveal and many many other parties!
CAN I BRING MY OUR LIQUOR?
No. You should let your guests know this also. Violation of this rule will result in your party being shut down. No exceptions. You may bring non-alcoholic beverages and bottled water.
A mobile bartending service you can use for alcoholic beverages for your event.
WHAT MUST I PROVIDE?
Food, beverage, dinnerware and decorations are your responsibility. We have purposely kept the décor at Mantra to a minimum to allow you to make the space your own — feel free to use your creativity!
WHAT IS THE CLEANING FEE?
We know parties and events can be stressful. We asked that all appropriate trash be placed in the trash bins. We will handle the rest of the cleaning. The fee starts off at $100+.
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Yes $200, this amount is refundable. You will receive this 4-7 business days after your event if you have not gone over your time allocated and not damaged anything.
